Two weeks after the Charlotte Symphony’s visit, the Agri-Civic Center hosts another touring ensemble. The Raleigh Ringers, described by the county as Emmy-nominated and internationally known, play a matinee on Sunday, Nov. 15, at 4 p.m. The concert is presented by the Stanly County Concert Association, which has been bringing performers to the county since 1947.
The county’s listing pitches the afternoon as a show for longtime music lovers and for families or friends looking for something different from the usual concert outing.
